What are the plans?

Short answer: three plans, Growth, Elite and Enterprise, each available month-to-month or at a lower monthly price on annual billing.

Plan Month-to-month Billed annually In short
Growth $1,999/month $1,499/month The core channels, done properly, for a trades company that's already established

Which plan is right for my business?

Short answer: the smallest plan that covers the channels your numbers say you need, and no bigger.

A rough guide:

  • Growth suits an established business that needs the fundamentals done properly: local search, a working website and sensible ads in one main area.
  • Elite suits a business running several channels at once, or one that needs a new or rebuilt website, since it includes 50% off website design packages.
  • Enterprise suits larger operations, multiple locations or businesses that want a dedicated team, and it includes a free website build.

If you're unsure, start with the free consultation. I'd rather recommend a smaller plan that works than a bigger one that strains your cash flow.

How do I know if I can afford it?

Short answer: work out how many extra booked jobs a month would cover the cost, then judge whether that's realistic.

Here's the calculation. Suppose your average job brings in $900 in gross margin after materials and labour. The Growth plan at $1,999 a month, with 5% GST as in BC or Alberta, is about $2,099 a month. Dividing $2,099 by $900 gives about 2.3, so roughly two to three extra booked jobs a month cover the plan before any ad spend. If you add $1,500 a month in ad spend, the total is about $3,599, which is four extra jobs.

Now ask: in a normal month, is four extra jobs from marketing realistic for my market and capacity? If yes, the plan is affordable. If not, either the job values are too low for paid marketing, or you should start smaller. The lead cost guide goes deeper.

What drives the cost up or down?

Short answer: the number of channels, services and areas, and whether you need a new website.

  • Service areas. One town is simpler than ten municipalities.
  • Services. Marketing three services is less work than marketing twelve.
  • Channels. Local search alone costs less effort than local search plus ads plus content.
  • Website. A sound existing site saves money; a rebuild is a project in its own right.
  • Competition. In crowded markets such as the Greater Toronto Area or Metro Vancouver, more work is needed to make headway.
  • Ad spend. Paid separately and set by your goals and capacity.

What do I get for free?

Short answer: the first 30-minute consultation for eligible trades businesses, and every answer on this site.

The consultation is a real working conversation about your question and your numbers. You'll leave with our honest view, whether or not you become a client. And all of the guides, services pages and regional answers are free to read and use.

What's the catch?

Short answer: there isn't one, but there are limits.

We can't promise rankings or a set number of leads; anyone who does is guessing. Marketing takes time to compound, especially local search. And no plan fixes unanswered phones or slow quotes. If those are your problem, we'll say so. To talk through which plan fits, get in touch or read the FAQ.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a contract?

Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel with 30 days' notice. Annual billing is optional and lowers the monthly price.

Does the price include ad spend?

Treat ad spend as a separate budget paid to Google or other platforms. We'll recommend an amount based on your job values and capacity, and confirm exactly what each plan covers in writing before you start.

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. The first 30-minute consultation is free for eligible trades businesses and is separate from the paid plans. There's no obligation afterwards.

Do prices include GST or HST?

No. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and GST/HST is added at your province's rate.
