Do your results apply to my trade? An honest look at our HVAC case studies

Every result on this page comes from our HVAC work. Here is what each one shows, what it doesn't, and which parts of the method a plumber, electrician or roofer can reasonably borrow.

Written by Ali Sedighi, MBALast updated:

Short answer: yes and no. The numbers below are real, named results from our HVAC work, and they show that the method works when it's done properly. They don't mean a roofer or an electrician will get the same figures. What transfers is the method; what doesn't is the exact outcome.

What are the results?

Short answer: five heating and HVAC businesses, each with a different main lesson.

Client Result What it mainly shows
CombiBoiler.ca 300% ROI; 300+ monthly leads; 500+ page-1 rankings for combi-boiler keywords A focused niche site can own its category
BCWide.ca 3× leads in 90 days Fixing the basics can change a quarter
HVACDeal.ca 500+ leads; 12:1 ROI Spend tied to booked work pays back
Roma Heating & Cooling 400% organic traffic growth in 12 months Local search compounds over a year
HeatLand 850+ SEO articles; 300% lead increase in 6 months Answering customer questions at scale works

The full list is on HVAC.Agency's case studies page.

What does each result actually prove?

Short answer: each one proves a part of the method, not the whole of it.

CombiBoiler.ca shows the value of specializing. A site devoted to one product category built 500+ page-1 rankings for its keywords and produced 300+ monthly leads. The lesson for other trades: a clear specialty, explained page by page, is easier to rank and easier to buy from than a generic "we do everything" site.

BCWide.ca reached 3× leads in 90 days. The lesson I take from it: meaningful change doesn't always need a year. In my experience, gains inside one quarter usually come from removing obvious problems, such as an unclear site, an incomplete profile or ads aimed at the wrong searches, rather than from clever tactics.

HVACDeal.ca produced 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI. The lesson: when you judge spend by return rather than by clicks, the budget naturally moves to what works.

Roma Heating & Cooling grew organic traffic 400% in 12 months. The lesson: local search is slow at first and then compounds. Owners who quit after three months never see this part.

HeatLand is the content example: 850+ SEO articles, alongside a 300% lead increase in 6 months. The lesson: content that answers real customer questions brings in buyers who are already halfway to calling. It's the same idea behind this site.

What transfers to plumbing, electrical, roofing or renovation?

Short answer: the structure transfers almost completely; the numbers don't.

These parts apply to nearly any trade:

  • one clear page for each service you want to sell
  • a complete, active Google Business Profile with accurate service areas
  • ads limited to searches, places and hours that turn into jobs
  • tracking that counts booked jobs, not clicks
  • a steady, honest routine for asking for reviews
  • content that answers what customers ask before they call

These parts depend on your trade and market: how fast leads arrive, how much a lead costs, how long buyers take to decide, and how seasonal your demand is. An emergency plumber will see faster responses to ads than a kitchen renovator; a roofer's year looks nothing like a furnace company's.

How would we measure results for my business?

Short answer: with the same discipline, using your numbers.

Before we start, we'd agree on a baseline: enquiries per month, where they come from and how many become jobs. Then each month we'd report booked jobs from marketing, cost per booked job and the trend, with plain explanations. The tracking and reporting guide explains how to set this up yourself, even if you never hire us.

Why don't you show more case studies?

Short answer: because these are the ones we can name, link and back up.

We'd rather show five verifiable results than twenty unnamed stories. If you want to test whether the method suits your trade, start with the questions on the FAQ, compare our services, or ask us directly.

Frequently asked questions

Why are all your case studies from heating companies?

Because that's where most of Ali Sedighi's published work is: 150+ live HVAC websites. We present them as results from our HVAC work and never relabel them as results for other trades.

Will I get 300% ROI too?

There's no honest way to promise that. Your job values, competition, season and phone handling all differ. What we can do is explain the method, model the likely range with your numbers and report what actually happens.

Where are the full case studies?

HVAC.Agency publishes the full list on its case studies page. Each client's live site is linked here so you can look at the work yourself.

Do you publish client reviews or quotes?

No. We show named results with links to the live sites, and leave you to judge them. We don't publish quotes, ratings or anonymous success stories.
